i checked my account, only once this month because i did not use it for any charges, and had a charge listed from CCBILLEU COM , i had no idea what this was. and for the amnt of 49.90. i knew i didnt make this. then i found this site and figured out it was a scam, i changed my card # and am disputing the charge right now
