In brief, I ordered a pair of leather soccer shoes from "nikeshoeshopping.com" for my son & paid through realypay.com. I know the shoe & have ordered it online from other retailers, but it was not available at the time of year when the shoes were needed. I received a very cheap plastic "imitation" pair of shoes from China with Shipping info in Chinese. Over the course of a month or so I sent a few emails to Kety Macy @ [email protected] and submitted a number of requests for return & refund information through the realypay.com customer support section. I have included the questions and answers I received as #1 and email exchange with "the owner of nikeshoeshopping.com as #2:

Q:I will consider this offer but would prefer to return the shoes. I am not worried about the time, more about the principal of the matter and I want to make sure the company sees exactly what they sent me. Q:This is not a situation where I just don't like the product, the product was obviously not what I ordered. I want you to understand that -- so why should I have to sacrifice $80 for a mistake on your end? It is also very poor business to not offer returns, and if you do not, then it needs to be clearly stated. Q:In response to an email from Kety Macy @ nikeshoeshopping.com [<[email protected]>], I sent the following email response: \"please keep in mind that the error was at your end and I have absolutely no interest in the shoes, I am very much interested in having your company see exactly the product that I received. Otherwise, I would be happy to pay shipping for a replacement pair of shoes that are the leather Nike shoe that I ordered - even then, what guarantee would I have that you would send the actual shoe ordered??? A:You can return the shoes according to the address on the package box.
Q:Are you joking? There was nothing on the box and the packaging slip is in Chinese. I am having difficulty understanding why you can't just provide the information for return and reimbursement? Please assist. Dr. X
A:You had put a new order on our site and got the shoes,isn't right?
Q:No -- several orders were started initially back in December and I clarified that it was only one order. I have ordered nothing since then. Only numerous emails and questions trying to return the shoes and get reimbursement. I would appreciate the simple return and reimbursement information. Dr. X
A:We can just refund when there's big quality problem with the shoes.
Q:There is big quality problem with the shoes, that is why I want to return them so you can see what I received and compare that with what I ordered. There is a huge difference between the leather shoes I ordered and the cheap plastic shoes I received. I am really getting tired of this, can you please just give me the address to return the shoes and let me know what I need to do to request a refund. I have no doubt you will see the problem when you receive the shoes you sent me. Dr. X
