A monthly 'membership' charge from MVQ*SHOPPESSPLUS (which later changed to MVQ*SHOPESSENTIAL) has been charged to my VISA credit card, starting (as far as I can tell) on 04/28/2010. When contacted by phone, MVQ*SHOPESSENTIAL claimed that I had been a member since 01/2009. I have never joined any kind of online shopping club. I cancelled my 'membership' today (03/31/12) and want to get the unauthorized monthly charges refunded to me.
