I ordered flowers for my niece in Florida from Flower Delivery Express on the evening of March 20th. They were to be delivered the next day. The flowers never showed up. I tried to contact Flower Delivery Express and was directed by a recording to contact them via their website if I needed to check on an existing order, which I did. I received a reply that they were unable to deliver the flowers (I already knew that).... no explanation. Bottom line is they credited my credit card for the amount of the flowers - $29.99 but are keeping the $17.99 delivery fee and $4.08 tax. Why? They made no attempt at delivery and have nothing to apply the tax toward. There was no merchandise received. I have emailed them numerous times and I always get a response, but they refuse to refund the balance that is due to me. I bought a floral arrangment from them in good faith, yet I got nothing, and they are keeping part of my hard-earned money! How can they get away with this? They still have not told me why the flowers weren't delivered.
