I saw a $39.99 charge on my bank account from a PUNITRONHELP COM. I googled that name and found a website named punitronhelp.com with an 800 number. When I called them they said that I was billed by some company that sells health products. WHAT?! At the time I only had $100 in my account and that was supposed to last me till my next paycheck. I freaked out! If I can get my hands around the neck of the person responsible for this!!! They said they are going to send me an e-mail in the next 48 hours then refund within 10 days. What??!! I'm hot!!! I will cancel my card once (or if) I ever get my money back.

  • i just checked my account and found the exact same charge on my debit card and called the number and the guy said i would receive a email in 24hrs. I'm also in the same boat as you seeing i only had $60. I went to my bank site and there's a option where i can file a check fraud claim, i will proceed with that if i can't get reimburse the money on my own and will ask for a new debit card.
