Ordered and paid for a phone with free shipping included. Received a phone which was faulty. Contacted Everbuying and was encouraged to send the phone back for replacement. Everbuying stated in writing that they would refund or replace the phone and send it back at their expense. After phone was sent back (cost $15.00)and received by Everbuying they demanded $15.00 in extra funds for the cost of shipping back the phone to me. I contacted Everbuying and indicated that I was not prepared to pay extra on the basis they promised in writing to pay the return postage. Stated I would accept the refund previously offered. Everbuying then indicated that a refund would attract a reduction of $17.00 to cover the original free shipping cost. I asked Everbuying for an explanation or their reasons for not honouring their original promises when they encouraged me to send back the phone. I received a reply stating that either I pay the extra or they would keep the phone. I have not received any further contact from Everbuying relative to this matter. If you have paid using Pay Pal, Everbuying will make all the promises in the world and delay shipping till Pay-Pals 45 day dispute period has expired and then they will demand more monies
for return of the goods.
