I ordered a makeup kit from Victory Direct and they still have not sent my makeup. I emailed them a few weeks after it was ordered, they said that they would be sending another one and they were sorry. I have been emailing them since and they fail to respond. I have asked for my money back and they still have not replied. Same thing happened to my mom from them.
