Ordered 3 wigs over live chat as I could never get to order online due to their rubbish online system which kept on crashing on me. Received two of the wigs in early January and have been chasing a custom wig since December 2011.
I got sent a duplicate of one of my original wigs and was told it was my mistake.
Live chat mysteriously crashes, except when they are scamming you out of your money, I have been sending approximately 10 emails daily and the company are ignorant and have told me they will charge me a restocking fee for a wig they have made a mistake ordering, they want me to pay for postage to send it back - no guarantee that I will get my full refund when they get the wig back.
THEY HAVE NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE & DO SEEM TO BE ABLE TO READ & ACT ON ANY OF MY INSTRUCTIONS - LIKE PASS MY CASE TO A SUPERVISOR/MANAGER/CEO
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS
