I , Teresa Sheppard and my son went into office 8/6/2010 to pay for Sealing of an Arrest record for my son , Brian Vereen. On so many occasions I have walked into the office asking for certificate that this was done. His response was FDLE keep saying they did not receive his money. That is a lame excuse. Then he said
I will reimburse you 1/2 of your money. Told me to come into the office this pass Friday, March 16th after 3:00 p.m. I arrived there at 3:45 then he said be wrote wrong name in the book, some one else in my time, come back tommorrow which was Saturday, March 17th. I went at 11:30 a.m. and the doors were locked. This office needs to be shut down. I would like to receive all of my money back I do not trust Mr. Reed . He is a liar and does not have the ability to seal any thing.

FALSE AND MALICIOUS, please review our rating with the BETTER BUSINES SBUREAU which is a “B” at this time.
This poor individual is clearly upset but used this media to spread untrue information. C.D. LEGAL CLINIC assist hundreds of people continuously. We have a no guarantee policy listed in our office as well inside the membership service agreement. However because we feel so strongly about our service and name we made a refund and still continued to work toward completion of her services. And the individual made this post “AFTER” refund was issued. Some people can not be made happy. If a company attempt to fix a problem for you, then makes refund and continues working toward satisfying the problem and you STILL would not be happy then we do not wish to try to help you and gain your business. But I hardly believe that would be considered a “SCAM”. -
