Dear Sir/Madam,
In 2009 I ordered a free sample of Acasia Berry Detox & Life Cleanse which I received about a week after I had ordered them. I didn't realise that they would send more of the tablets before I had even received the free sample ones. In the mean time I had to go into Hospital for a hip replacement, and the tablets still kept coming.
When at last I got home from the hospital there were another 4 lots of tablets, so I rang them & said to cancel my order, which by the way, I had only requested the free sample. I also emailed them and rang again but still no response & no money put back into my account.
I cancelled my card and got a new one so I emailed them and asked for a cheque to be sent to me, and never got one. I posted back the 4 bottles of tablets, and emailed them again to let them know that I had posted the parcel back to them and again I asked for a refund. I never heard from them.
The postal service in England conducted a search to see whether the tablets had arrived back to that address and said that I would be notified of the outcome as soon as possible. I received back the price of the postage and have never heard from then since then.
