I applied for a loan thru this company and I was supposed to send them some information but I realized I didnt need the loan anymore so I was like I wasn't going to worry about it. A week or two go by and I have the money deposited into a friends account. My name wasn't anywhere on this account or anything but the continue to take $60 out of this account every two weeks and when I tried to pay it off they want to tell me I have to pay that $200 plus a $60 refinance charge because I didn't call them in time to tell them I wanted to pay it off.
