I've sent two emails and have mailed a copy of the denials for this company. I have read the disclaimer and each step has been followed. I will then need to contact the Federal Trade Commission and BBB with copies and proof of when my items were mailed. They request :
Please follow the proper refund instructions which means please provide
documentation of all approval/denials from each lender or supply the
acceptable documentation or reason for not applying to a lender as per your
instructions. Copies of the documents must be MAILED to the refund dept. as
per your instructions.

- We have enough people/complaints here to get a class action suit filed - we need to band together and get an attorney to handle this-think of how may people they've ripped off that haven't even reported it here!
