They advertise on TV, buy one, get one free. Plus S&H.
I received 4 total chef baskets, and my credit card was charged approx $51.00. When I called about the bill on my c.c.,
they "explained" that there was a $7.99 shipping and handling fee for each of the 4 baskets. That means they charged me
$32 for S&H, and $19.00 for the $14.99 basket. What a rip!
When I wanted to return it, I had to pay for the return, receipt requested, and then fax the receipt to them. They said I would be credited within a week. I still have not heard one word back from them, and my c.c. payment is due.
