I contacted Verizon Wireless with a complaint that was a signal/dropped calls issue. Verizon offered to give me a booster however it would only cover me when I was at home. They offered to replace my phone, so I agreed to it if that would fix the problem. The following month they charge me for a defective device stating that the plug/power plug in area on the phone was damaged and charged me $299.00.
This phone is nearly 4 years old so it has wear and tear. The plug or charge was not the problem.
During my research I found my exact phone on ebay and amazon on sale for $29.00, and Verizon said that if I were to have exchanged my phone they would give me $7.00, for the same phone they are charging me $299.00
They are not budging.
I have been with Verizon Wireless for nearly 15 years.
I'm ready to cancel my account and go to ATT or even better Metro PCS.
