I have been a Verizon wireless customer for over 10 years and have 2 lines . For two months I have been unable to upgrade my device to a new smartphone . The first attempt I had placed an order for the Droid Turbo 2 . They promised to deliver the phone in two days . After one week of waiting for the phone . I call Verizon to ask why I had not gotten the phone . They had no answer for me as to why . So I go ahead and place another order for the same phone . This time when I get final total it is much more . When I ask why they tell me that the promo I was offered was no longer offered . So I hold off on the phone and upset . I try for a third time to place the order and explain to customer service why is Verizon not able to give me the phone and I was very unhappy . Thinking they would make sure I would get the phone this time . As I have customer service form online chat as I place the order and I am on the final step of order I enter my Credit Card information to have an error on the site that says Not Able to Process my order . After many attempts I am then told that the site is down for updates and I would have to try and reorder the next day . At this point I am thinking that they would give me an apology and honor the price from original order . They have not done either and I am now thinking of changing to At&t or T mobile .
