New York - Uses scare tactics to collect money but yet they will not verify any information or who they are trying to collect the money for (basically payday loans), they want you to verify your SS# which they should have if they are legitimate. They also use various telephone numbers from 800 to 888 to local exchange numbers, know whose calling you before you answer your phones.

Beware of this firm and do not be afraid of their unorthodox methods of trying to collect as they are a 3rd party collection agency for various payday loan companies and are illegal in the State of New York and violate New York State Debt Collection Procedures Law regulations as well as Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. You can file claims against them on the Federal Trade Commissions website as I have. The more complaints they receive can put them out of business.
