Complaint 8708 Details

I have never heard of Unified Savings and all of a sudden they popped up on my bank statement having debited my account with an
unknown check number for something I know nothing of. Due to this scam I had to replace , at more money, my car insurance as my payment was returned due to this debit in my account. I was also contacted by another one of their affiliates that tried to say I had not paid back a loan , that I never applied for nor received, and I could look for the police to come to arrest me. I never ask how much they were looking for I just reported it to the Better Business Bureau as they were representing theirselves as the Attorney Generals Office. I have received another call just yesterday, 7/2/11, from the same ones and this time they say they are from the DSS and a complaint has been filed. i live in NC and the call was from Mass. It is all the same ones as I recognized the mehod being used. I have been intimidated and threatedned by them. I am a Sr. Citizen and I will proceed with this until they are stopped. There are many more complaints by others on the same company, each time taking 99.00, and also putting them through the other scams also.
