Applied on-line for a payday loan and received a phone call from a foreign speaking person directing me to their website to complete the process and insisted getting a membership with the Premier Club. I stated that I was not interested in joining any club but he insisted that in order to get the loan you would need to sign up so I did. He also stated that I could the membership so I agreed. Well I they have taken the funds from my account and I can't find the website to cancel the membership so I can get my money back. I've called the telephone number for customer service @ 818-475-0797 but only get a voice mail. If the membership is not canceled then there will be a monthly charge.
