I recieved a call saying I had qualified for a payday loan, to which the rep had all of my bank account information, and even verified all my personal information-including asking me to verify my mother's madien name...which I did, thinking this was a real company, then she went on to talk about a Discount club and membership fee, and how I did not have to pay anything. I SCREAMED at her that I didn't want anything, but a Payday loan, and nothing more, to which she then told me "ok", I'll transfer you to the finanical rep who will give you all the information to the terms of your loan, but then she hung up. I immediatly, contacted my bank and explained the call and shut down my bank account. I did not authorize this company to take any money, and did not sign any agreements for a loan. The bank is going to watch to see if this company submits any charges, and if so, legal proceedings will follow accordingly.

The next day, I recieved another phone call...same company...some Arbic speaking reps, who now said they were with an Auto Loan place, and that I had been approved for an Auto Loan. Now seeing how I already have a car, I knew this was now fraud. I asked the gentleman, what car dealership was the loan through, and he answered "the one you filled out the applicaiton through", seeing how I had never filled out an application, I asked him for the name of the dealership and he answered "the one in my city...called Adam and Eve", now there has NEVER been nor is there now a dealership by the name "Adam and Eve". I contacted my bank again, and put secrity freezes on all of my credit reports.

I don't know a valid call back phone number for this company, because everytime I call the number back, it's not a valid number.

I hope they call back so I can record the phone call and try to get as much company information as possible.

This place is a fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
