Same as some of the other stories: Received a Prize Claim/Final Notification in a Home Depot Envelope with a Canadian Postmark with a check for $3,980 which you could not cash until you contacted the Claim Agent; for mine it was Michael Dundas. Tax amount was indicated as $1,995 for prize of $150,000 USD. Check was from Container Essentials, LLC in Chicago, IL. Bank was Harris Trust & Savings Bank in Chicago, IL.
