So far, they ran an authorized pending charge on my credit card, but then reversed it and emailed me the charge could not be processed. No explanation of why. Now they have my cc info, and I'm a little nervous, since I can't find a way to call them. Email followup says: You will receive a response from us as soon as possible. It may take a few days due to higher than normal e-mail volume.
A few days? What kind of company is this?
