I have a brain injury and saw the £65.99 on my bank statements- 01/22/12 and another on 03/02/12. My bank Santander suggested I wrote to you, so this is what I am doing. I have cancelled any direct debits or standing orders that I don't recognise. Please assist, so I don't have to pay for more crap! Many thanks.
