When I received my order and open the box where was powder everywhere , the canister was not sealed and the plastic was opened, I called Roca labs and reported it, but they did nothing I told them I wanted a refund because the powder was all over the inside the box, they refused me a refund, it was supose to last 4. Months with normal use, I used I green spoon 5 times a day and by feb.of 2012 I ran out, I didn't receive enough powder to last 4months, I reported it to Roca labs. They said they would send me out another bag of powder, almost 3 weeks ago but I still never received it yet. I feel that they cheated me out of there service, my money and the product. I really would like them to own up to there product and do right by there customers,

- I received 1 big silver pouch of the formula on my second order. (They said the packaging and the formula has been changed; before they had 4 small silver pouches & sealed like the red pouch. The color was strawberry red and now white.) The pouch is not open but tied with a knot & is inside a canister. Well I also saw a little leakage of the formula. I understand shipment issues as I also order other stuffs online; I sent them feedback via email and got a reply within few hours. They appreciate and advised they will improve the packaging as suggested. They said it's FDA approved seal and the leakage could be with the shipment & they will be glad to take care of it. They assured it's tamper proof. With regard to the usage, instruction states 1 dosage per day and not 5 times in a day. If not feeling full; then can take 1 silver scoop in the afternoon or at night. Since transitional period takes few days till you body is used to the formula. I am taking a purple scoop and supply looks enough for me for 2.5 months as they advised I may need extra supply for 3-4 months supply is with a silver or green scoop for light to moderate dose and I am on strong dose which I need more of the powder taking the formula 4-5 days in a week. So far so good, I thought it may not work but, it does from first week till now I am getting average result of 3-5 lbs off and now started on my extra supply or second order. And what's good is, I got my second order in a discounted price.

- I hope your issue is taken care of. Could be with misunderstanding or miscommunication. I had past issues as well -- not just with this company but some others -- and it was all cleared after I provided the company complete details; I am glad it reached to the correct resolution. Good luck!

- Oh, I got my first order on $430 and second for only $387. Those are discounted prices from the regular $640. But, what I like most is -- I am getting money back from eating less and the formula works as instructed.
