I rented a car 2-l5-11 for use in July and August in Germany. I prepaid $l,650
by credit card. After using the car I returned it 8-29-11 at frankfurt airport
and paid Eu 36 for gas and Eu l5 drop off fee. When I received my card statement there was a charge of $ 2,450 added to my account. I have notified
Hertz and the Bank of this mistake but they will not credit it: Hertz insists that
the fees are for Insurance. I denied that I wanted this insurance . I did not
order Insurane and I will not pay for it.This is definitely Consumer Fraud and
Elder-Abuse (I am 87 years old) can you help?
