International boundaries
Company claimed to have proprietary and superior unlock/jailbreak software to unlock Apple iPhone/iPod/iPad Products as compared to free and available software on the internet. The company also claims to be able to handle all versions of sold iPhones.
1. Company only provides links to above mentioned free software i.e they have NOT programmed/produced anything by themselves. Claiming to have something different than the already publicly available and stating that they can handle versions and models that these free software cannot is false advertising/marketing.
2. The free software that they provide links to are not able to unlock an iPhone 3g with baseband version 05.15.04. Since there is no known solution to unlock this version (as all the FREE software correctly states), their claim to be able to unlock all known models and version is false.
Update: 03/11/2012
I have repeatedly asked for a refund as advertised on the grounds that the software cannot unlock my iPhone.
I have also open a case in PayPals resolution center.
Lets see what happens...
