SCAM! They take your money and do not produce what they promise. The links to download the software do not work. There is no phone number to call them. The "Live Chat" is not live. It's all automated responses. I have sent multiple emails and no responses at all. It's been 3 days and still nothing. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will most likely have to cancel that credit card and have it re-issued as I have since read that this company will continue to charge the account monthly even though they are not authorized to do so. BE AWARE!
