My ten year old son saw their advertised 7 inch mini netbook laptop and saved up his own money to order this item. We received it with really fast shipping. It worked for less than 24 hours. He was devestated. Now I'm trying to get his money back and no one will contact me with the return information. When you call their customer service number no one picks up, it only asks you to leave a message. The computer was cheap, I understand. But my son is very upset because he saved his own money for it. Lesson learned on purchasing crap off the internet. It's the principal of the fact that they are really ripping people off. It's sad.
