Ordered advertised authentic Dre Beats by Dr. Dre, received them and they do not work. When I look up the website that appears on my bank statement it brings up scam complaints from the same website. I haven't discovered a way to contact www.ollsteel.com to return this crap although I am still searching. There is no proof of damage to add to this report because you can't take a photograph of earphones not working to show that they don't work.

I would like to add that there is not a way for me to show pictures of the head phones not having sound come out of them. They just don't work. There is no physical damage to the outside of the earphones.
