Tryed to purchase Super bowl jerseys from a company called jerseyshops.com/cn. I was told that my credit card did not go through to try again. Before doing this I contacted company via online conversation. The rep said that it did not go through, try again. I instructed the rep to cancel my order. She did via e-mail. Next day the charge was on my statement. I sent an e-mail regarding this and was e-mailed back that transaction did go through and it was being shipped and that they never was notified re: cancel order. I sent the e-mail re: reps confirmation that it was canceled. The return e-mail was sorry order was shipped and it's to late. I instructed them to provide shipping tracking info. If not I was going to dispute with bank. Two days later I get an e-mail that they were going to credit my account back. Still waiting 5 days later.
