I was taking part in a survey online to get a 100.00 Walmart card and then I was also offered a free trial of Hydrawhite I just had to pay S&H of 1.03. I entered my info to pay for that, email address and shipping info. Then it said just a few more survey questions. 20+ minutes later I was still answering questions so I got frustrated and decided the Walmart card was not worth it and i exited out of everything. I had thought since I didn't finalize the survey it cancelled the Hydrawhite order as well. A little while later i received the free trial so I did subtract the 1.03 and put it on my shelf and haven't touched it. So balancing my checkbook last night I find another charge on 1/30 for 3.87 and another on 2/06 for 78.41. I called today, the first rep I could not understand and asked nicely numerous times for another rep and was told no I was not allowed to ask for another rep. I asked for a manager and was told I could not speak with a manager then I asked to be transferred back into the queue and he hung up on me. I work in a world wide call center speaking with people from all countries and I couldn't understand this guy. I called back and got a manager but was informed that I had to respond within a week of the first package to cancel or it would continue to send shipments and that was what I had agreed to online in the terms and conditions. Then to sweeten the deal she tells me they also just sent another shipment on 3/4 charging me another 84.36. They offered to credit 1/2 that back with cancelling my account or all of it except S&H if i return product but I am still out the 82.28 from last month. They just didn't get that I closed out of everything before finalizing any charges and even at that the only charges I did accept was 1.03 S&H for the free trial.
