I met a gentleman on the above site. We exchanged a few emails back and forth. He told me he wanted to send me some money as a gift. I assumed it would be straight from him. He then proceeded to tell me that a colleague would be sending me a check for $2950. For me to take $500 out of it and Western Union the rest to him in Edinburgh Scotland. I thought nothing of it because he was well spoken and I had seen pictures of who I believed were this person. I received the check and deposited it in to my bank account. Luckily for me I had a gut feeling about it and started questioning him rigorously about why he didn't have this colleague send him the money first. Then send me what he wanted me to have directly from himself. He would avoid certain questions and ended up deleting all of his information from the above site. He goes by James Grays, but at one point. One of the emails came from a name Jonathan Gay. He was not aware that I saw this. His email that he used to contact me was [email protected]. That is also the Id he used on Yahoo messenger. The colleagues assumed name was Jason Stockhouse. And the check came from New Jersey. Like I said. I am lucky because I realized what was happening and did not try to take out any of this money. But I still felt it necessary to report it. It's a shame that people are out there taking advantage of other people this way.

  • He contacted me on sugardaddyforme.com saying he liked my profile and that he could send me some money later in the week. His request for my name, phone number and address was a red flag. His photos looked too young for the age he said his profile was. I googled his email address and found this site. I attached a link from this page and submitted a report of abuse to the website.
