they advertised to get 10 free bids so i put in my info..when they asked for my credit card info i gave because i thought itwould be for if i bid on something to pay for it. when hit confirm it told me it took 99 dollars out of my account. i have no way of cancelling that cuz its my childsupport prepaid debit card. now my electric will be shut off because that was my bill money. then it wouldnt even let me bid. i am sick to my stomach over this.

  • Hi Tina,

I am sorry to hear about your confusion about the charge to your credit card. We try very hard to make sure our credit card charges to our users are clearly disclosed.

While I really still hope you will use the site, I also realize GrabSwag isn't going to be for everyone. If you want to email: [email protected] or call us at 8777314287 , We will make sure that your situation is resolved.

    Thanks,

  • I would not plan on getting your money back. I have been getting similar promises from them for the last 2 months.
