Kept popping up on my daughters brand new computer that was a Christmas gift.It said to renew anti- virus and it wouldn't let her on the internet.I thought it was McAfee so I bought it.Her laptop crashed and I had to have the whole operating system put back in. Paypal won,t help me to get my money back. They want documentation which I don't have.All I have is the receipt through paypal!
