i recieved a phone stating they would purchased my time share from me for 19,980.00. i just need to pay a start fee to start the paperwork. the process takes 3 months to complete. i use my visa card to do the transaction. when i found out they were string me along i called my credit card to report it it was too late.you only have 90 days to report it. now i know why they say 3 months. i reported them to better business bureau, no responds from them. i filed it delware bbb. it took over a year for them to say they would refund my money back to me on 11/11/11.on 12/10/11 i called them to find why i havent recieved my money they said that will not refund me my money. they lie so much.
