Was promised that I would receive an email with my member site and Password. Never happened when I called to cancel the next morning I told the person I wanted out. When asked why I told him that I thought the fee was only 59.95. I was told that I would be refunded the $40.00 difference and to please give it a try with their phone support. I said I would give it a week and then was told my refund would take a week to 10 days. I feel ripped off. Then I find this site while trying to log in. HELP!!!!
