Sent for 2 'free samples' of face products, didn't see very cleverly hidden terms and conditions, stating if didn't return and cancel within 30 days products would be sent every month and credit account debited. Paid for post and packing, then on my next statement found two payments totalling almost £150 had been taken. I have rung them - in the uk the number is 08081787320 - and complained, they have agreed to refund half of the money, however after reading other peoples complaints I am going to try for a full refund - wish me luck
