I ordered one keyboard and mouse via telephone based on a tv offer that said they would double the order for only payment of shipping and taxes on the second set. The charge was to be $14.95 plus s & h. They kept trying to sell me other unrelated items. In frustration, I finally just hung up. I received four keyboards, four mice, and was billed $56 which be the approximate price for four sets. I did not order four and have no use for them. There was no information provided to allow for a protest or to request a return authorization.

- I can see why these complaints are posted byt remember that they advertised two for one with seperate shipping and handling. They didnt say it would be two packages so they put it in one also said taxes would be added according to billing adress. It is not right but they are barely legal. You have to watch carefully there rules. If in doubt dont order as you can get these easy readers thru other stores just not EZ brand of keyboard so be careful as they got you
