I saw the ad for slice o matic on TV & called to order tee item and gave all the necessary information. Once completed with the informaiton they continured to offer other items which I had no interest in. This was a recording and the order was not complete until you listened to all of there adds. When I recieved the bill they charged me $76.97 , which was supposed to be $19.99+s&h.
I called the customer service number which was provided on the bill. The customer service is horrible. After the terrible customer service I decided to send back the entire order. I called back today to see if they recieved it and again the customer service was very undesirable. Never will purchase anything from this company again.
