When I received the Carol Burnett Series on DVD, the disks came to me with a glue like substance on them, and the label was handmade with the disk number hand writte with pen. I then tried to clean the disk up to use them and didn't work. I put in my computer nothing on them, then tried to put into a dvd player and it wont play either. I had been trying to get ahold of the company and nobody answered the email until about a week ago, and now is trying to rectify the situation. But will only give me 70% refund.....better than a complete loss I guess.
