I bought the complete Family Matters series off of them. I could only find season 1 & 2 in stores so I thought maybe they actually had access to the other 7 seasons. I found out when I received the DVDs that they were burned disks of episodes recorded off the TV. Didn't make much of it at first since I realized the whole series wasn't out on DVD yet. After starting to watch the disks, I found out some disks didn't read or had anomalies during some episodes. On top of that, they didn't even bother to put the episodes in the right order. So I contacted them and listed which disks were faulty and they sent replacements. 5 of the 8 disks they replaced still didn't work so I contacted them again. They assured me they had double checked the disks before sending them. The 5 disks in question were a result of a failed burn(Identified by the extremely, barely noticeable burn line that means it failed right at start). I requested a refund and I'm still waiting.
