I purchased a laminate floor fromm Luna on 04/06011, Installed on 04/20/11. The floor board started separting. I called Luna out in 10/11. Mario (installer) came out, stated I should get a dehumidefier, didnot work! Called luna again. They sent out their Inspecter, who gave same diaganonis. Through no fault of mine or Luna's they will not pay to make me whole, before I purchased this laminate floor! This is unacceptable! I am a senior citizen, on a fixed income. Please help. Additional information available!
