i made a huge purchase on target's web and paid by my Amex through PayPal cause the web encourage me to do so b/c "it is Safer".
when decided to return few items i found out that the only way is to get store credit cause paying thought PayPal makes it apear as if you used "Gift Card" as a payment metod.

so now i stuck with $200 of Target store credit insteat of credit to my Amex.

Update: 02/23/2012

after talking to both PayPal and Target customer service, i have to add that each point a finger to the other one.
