Saw an advert on facebook for perfect radiance serum and revita derm cream and agreed to the free trial products with delivery charges of 2.97 and 2.95 british pounds. I received the trial products which I used for a couple of days but stopped as there was no effect. It wasn't until I received my credit card statement that I noticed debits of 19.97 and 60.02 British pounds so I contacted my credit card company to dispute this. They have started a dispute but advised me that a further 74.95 British pounds have subsequently been deducted from my account. Apart from the free products I have not been sent any further products which I have not requested and do not want. I am concerned that the bank is letting these payments go out when it is clearly unauthorised and fraudulent debits.
