Ordered some Ugg boots from what seems like a legitimate website. When they came through, I realised that they were fake. I contacted them on [email protected] and told them that i would like to return the uggs. I got a reply from [email protected] being sympathetic about it and asking why i want to return them. I told them that i wasn;t happy with the quality and she told me that the shipping fees would be high and it would take a while for them to make the refund. They have given me the same answer a few times when i have asked for the address and now have been ignoring me.
