the same thing happened to me what happened to the othe people that said,my computer locked up where i couldn't get online and if i purchase this protection it would clear it up and i wouldn't have this problem anymore but on feb,16 i went to go on my laptop and now my computer is locked up again and i'm back to square 1.if anyone has any advice that could help me fix this and get my money back please email me at (Personal Information Removed).my name is dominic,so if u can help me please send me an email.
