This complaint so long because I was lead to believe the above catalog companies were telling me the truth 2 years ago. They told me they didn't send a red coat, size 3X, fury interior. Nice coat but I didn't order this coat. I shop catalogs because of my disability. I am a 5 star customer and have been ordering my clothing from them for over 5years. I had taken ill after I ordered a red coat
from midnight velvet-my recovery took a couple of months and a hospital stay or 30 days-with triple pneumonia-now I am a little cloudy about dates and times-I had acute respiratory failure. But, I called twice about this coat-I would not order a 3x when I wear 1x. It was summer of 2011, I tried on the coat again, this time I put my hands in the pockets-the left pocket was where I found the label from the company who sent the coat MIDNIGHT VELVET-3x. I called the catalog company again with proof they sent me the wrong coat-I was informed at that time of their 30 day return policy. I reminded them that I was ill when the coat arrived and my husband opened the package, and threw away the box and there was no nothing to verify where the coat came from until I accidentally happened to fined the label sewn deep in the pocket,FOR ANYONE READING THIS MESSAGE I'VE BEEN SCAMMED BY THESE PARENT CATALOGS. WHAT HAPPENS TO MERCHANDISE THAT THEY CANNOT SELL.
