I have purchased several bottles of Acqua di Gio from IS Fragrance. When they arrived, it was immediately clear they were counterfeit. The covers were misspelled "Giorgio Arman" (notice the missing "i" in attached pics) and their smell was clearly like a horrible cheap chemical similar to the street-ware sold in China.
I contacted them immediately to ask for a refund. They eventually replied by email (absolutely no phone number for them):
"Please return the items for a full refund including shipping to ISFragrance, PO BOX 714, GURNEE, IL 60031".
Since they only provide a PO Box, the shipping was $18.50. After I shipped the product and sent them the tracking number, they simply stopped replying to any communication. I emailed them repeatedly after the return package was delivered, to no avail.
I have checked the company and it seems it is a ghost company set up in Wyoming, with PO boxes all over Illinois and Wyoming. They are not registered with the BBB and there seems to be no way to get in touch with them.
I will contact my bank today for a chargeback, but I thought I'd share this with you. Do NOT buy from these people, they are a horrible SCAM.
