they have taken £54 on the 13 feb 2012

- its the first time i have had this happen and i will not be doing it again this has realy upset me

- Same thing has happened to me. Spoke with my bank who suggest I stop my card and have a new one.

- my bank got in touch with them they said that i had all the products deliverd to me i told the bank that they had sent 1 small bottle that i had paid £5.95 for then had taken £54 pounds a month later and then mentioned that on the advice of the bank i changed my card for a new one only to be told that if they asked for more they would have to pay i then told the bank that i would close my account with them if this happend i also sent them web site address'es of websites about this company they have put back the £59 but cannot stop them from taking it again if they call for it
