I am eligible to upgrade my Droid X. On my upgrade page the following note appears:
"Upgrade at a discounted price plus $30 credit"
"You are eligible to upgrade with discounted pricing and receive additional loyalty discount."
The upgrade price with two year contract is $169.99.
With the additional $30 off that comes to $139.99.

I first was told the price of $139.99 is correct. Then I was told that no, the original retail price is $199.99 and with the thirty dollars off,my price is $169.99. When I asked about the additional $30 "loyal customer" discount I was told that I misunderstood. That $30.00 is what accounted for the $169.99 price. Did I misunderstand? I think it is deceptive advertising; or, possibly bait and switch. As a ten year plus Verizon Wireless customer I am pissed and disappointed.

$30 means a lot to me.
