I made a layaway purchase at local store, 3d television etc.After paying over 800 dollars per terms of agreement, store decided to spontaneously cancel my layaway.Agreement clearly states, "Layaways which are delinquent by 14 days or more may be cancelled by sears".My account was current and employees checked inventory and they still had my items at time of cancellation.THIS COMPANY WILL NOT CORRECT SITUATION!I've made numerous complaints.Their quick to research it, however when they see that in fact all payments were made per terms of agreement they offer no explanation.Now weeks later "social media" has the nerve to tell me its the stores "discretion".They can cancel at anytime.They also refuse to refund start-up fees and $25 cancellation fee. I guess it's their "DISCRETION" to "STEAL" from people.DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
